Do I have to wait by my car while the oil change is being completed?

Can you come into my parkade?

Yes, however we do recommend you getting prior permission from the management for your car to be serviced in the parkade.

Are your services always on time?

We always try our utmost best for there to be no delays to the scheduled time. However, due to traffic or weather conditions, please allow us a few minutes while we arrive.

Does my vehicle require Conventional or Synthetic oil?

You should always follow the manufacturers recommendation for your car. You can find this in your car’s manual or by checking it online. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will confirm what you require.

Can I supply the Oil & Filter for my oil change?

Yes. The cost for this service will be $50. Please contact us and we will give you more details on how this can be done?

What cars do you service?

At this time, we are only servicing American and Japanese made cars and we are not offering European car oil changes.

How much does your service cost?

The cost of your oil change is a standard cost plus GST. This cost is billed directly to your credit card.

Are there any hidden fees?

Can I apply a promo code or coupon code to my booking?

Absolutely! From time to time, we email our customers promo codes or we offer promo codes to new customers as well. Simply add this code while booking and your final price will be automatically updated.

Can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that due to scheduling reasons with our professionals, any appointment cancelled within the 12-hour window before your appointment will incur a 15% fee.

Can my cancellation fee be waived?

Yes! If your cancellation was made due to extreme circumstances, please contact us directly and we may be able to offer a one-time refund on the cancellation fee.
