TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing and using the services of Premium Oil Change, I hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I hereby understand and agree that should I be unavailable for my service appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, I can do so free of charge at anytime before 12-hours of my appointment time.
I understand that in circumstances where I need to cancel or reschedule with less than 12-hours before my appointment, that a one-time cancellation fee of 15% will be billed to my credit card on file.
I understand that if I am unavailable or my vehicle is unavailable for service at my specified appointment time, a late fee may be assessed based on the circumstances of the situation.
I understand and agree that Premium Oil Change may cancel or reschedule my appointment with limited notice due to situations outside of their control (e.g. extreme weather conditions, unavailable workers etc.).
SERVICE LOCATION PERMISSIONS & APPOINTMENT TIMINGS
I understand that I must have my vehicle ready for service at my specified appointment time. I understand that this means my vehicle must be parked in a safe & low traffic location with the engine area of the vehicle accessible throughout my appointment.
I understand that Premium Oil Change provides their service only in locations where I have consented for the service to be provided. Any permissions and consent must be arranged by me before my appointment.
I understand that if a Premium Oil Change technician is removed from the original site of service, a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee may apply.
I understand Premium Oil Change technicians may arrive slightly late for my appointment due to situations out of their control.
VEHICLE KEYS & ITEMS STORED IN VEHICLE
I understand that a Premium Oil Change technician may require my vehicle’s keys to move my vehicle to properly service it. Keys will only be returned to the individual who provided them.
I understand that any personal property inside the vehicle is my responsibility and Premium Oil Change will not be held responsible for anything missing from inside my vehicle.
I understand that Premium Oil Change will only service my vehicle according to the requirements stated by the manufacturer of said vehicle. If for any reason I request a service which is not according the requirements of said vehicle’s manufacturer that I will be responsible for any damage or premature wear and tear.
I understand that if I request synthetic oil in a vehicle where conventional oil is recommended or vice-versa that I alone will be responsible for any problems which may occur in the future.
LIABILITY & DAMAGES
I understand that Premium Oil Change will not be responsible nor accept any liability for damages to the vehicle while the vehicle is being serviced which is out of the control of the servicing technician.
I understand that any property damage which may have occurred due to the services rendered will be the responsibility of the oil change technician.
